It’s funny how we often read about mushroom promotions down under and how effective they are – and if only we could do the same up here there would be a great domestic boost in demand for the fresh produce.
Now we read that there has been a very successful fresh mushroom promotion in Tasmania, that has copied marketing strategies employed in the UK market, that have created a great boost to demand in that territory.
