PROMOTIONAL WORK

There was an Irish delegation at the GEPC   meeting held on January  12th and 13th  in Brussels.

The Irish contingent was made up from the CMP  grouping.

At the meeting were Thomas Martin CEO; Michael  McGovern chairman; vice chairman Brian O’Reilly, and secretary Ger Reilly.  Not a bad showing from the Irish.

GEPC Promotion is a branch of the European Association of Mushroom Growers. They have selected elected Euréval to conduct the evaluation of the transnational program for the promotion of mushrooms co-financed by the European Union in 2010-2012.

The French, Spanish and Dutch delegations have launched a transnational campaign based largely on media tools (press, radio, web) in France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
