Stalker was aimlessly watching one of those cookery programmes that now dominate the television schedules.
This one chap was cooking up a whole host of mushrooms. His top tip was – do not stir the mushrooms when frying.
Why? Because it releases the water, of which mushrooms are mostly constituted.
If one doesn’t stir the mushrooms on the pan then they won’t end up in a soup of moisture. Stalkerbought some mushrooms down the shop and cooked them thus. Do you know, it worked just like he said. Wunderbar!
