McGeary Fresh Mushrooms have acquired the packing facilities formerly opened by Fernacre Mushrooms near Liverpool.
This acquisition comes only months after their Scottish acquisition, and must surely indicate that the company has quite canny expansionist plans!
It is understood that the company is currently looking for an operation in the South of England to facilitate distribution to all the major markets in the UK.
