FRESH CAMPAIGN

Stalker notes that Monaghan Mushrooms has launched a new fresh produce promotion in the UK.

As the blurb indicates “Recipe ideas will feature”.  

The company has teamed up with celebrity chef Simon Rimmer, who works on BBC2 show Something for the Weekend.

It’s all to the good for the industry promoting the fresh mushrooms and providing consumers with ideas on how to best go about using the produce.
