Stalker is always on the look-out for celebrity mushroom endorsements.
However, as in the general populace, there are celebs who just don’t like the mushroom.
One such A-lister is Justin Beiber – who he some may ask, as Stalker did.
The boy pop star dislikes the fresh produce an awful lot it would seem.
One blogger put it thus – JB “makes a statement that could destroy the mushroom industry.”
Thankfully the power of celebrity is not that strong.
The website Amplicate carried an opinion survey on mushrooms.
Their top quote “they taste like earthy rubber. I imagine somewhat like eating a condom out of a gutter must taste similar...there are certain varieties of mushroom that do serve a purpose, however.”
Hmm, not a tasty prospect at all.
The website’s tagline is – "Making Your Opinion Count - we collate opinions to make your loves and hates more visible and effective."
On the subject of mushroom, singular they had a more positive outcome, with 79% saying they loved mushroom.
On the subject plural, they had a 53% hate mushrooms.
