Premier Foods is selling its Quorn unit for £205m to cut debt.
Britain’s largest food producer said it was selling the meat-free unit, which includes its Quorn vegetarian range and Cauldron meat free sausages to Exponent Private Equity and Intermediate Capital Group. There’s a name to conjure with.
The fungal food stuff is on the move. Doesn’t make it any more appetising to Stalker’s eyes or stomach.
