Royal Bank of Scotland ( boo hiss) have apparently just put the largest farm in the world onto the open market for sale. The farm called Ivolga, a conglomerate that controls 1.5 million hectares of land across Russia and Kazakhstan.
The company’s holding is an area about one third the size of Wales.
If you have a spare one billion pounds, you might just be able to snap it up.
Ivolga are the largest single farm entity in the world but have very low productivity – so there is an opening there for some go getter.
