Stalker was pointed towards the Nutrigain website recently. The company are supporting work on a project that Southampton University are doing on cancer immunology.
The company thinks it is very important for mushroom growers to support this research as mushrooms or should one say, key polysaccharide components within them, will be important for helping build immunity against cancer cells naturally in the body.
Any contributions will be appreciated and the company will match any donations made.
