September 29th saw the start of the Mushrooms For Life Charity Motorcycle Ride.
This was a challenging tour on motorbikes from Sydney to Perth where the Australian mushroom conference was held on the 6th of October.
The total distance of 3942 km was not to be baulked at, and a team of worldwide participants set off on the transcontinental road marathon
Ireland was represented in the shape of Martin McCourt from McDon Casing, who took a very active part in the cross Oz road trip.Martin well treated during his time on the bike, offering a thank you to all the participants and the support team for such a memorable and enjoyable trip from Sydney to Perth.
