Looks like the first official case of resistance to Dimlin has now been found in England and this has been verified by HRI, the UK government research body.
This is a big surprise as resistance has always been associated with adult flies only and not the larval form. It would appear that options are now more limited and that the natural alternative is the frontrunner following this worrying development.
