What was the mushroom prison farm in Wyoming is reopening.
The farm will not be staffed by prison inmates in the future, but Rocky Mountain Mushrooms, as the new venture is called, is projected to employ 62 full-time workers and produce up to 4.2 million pounds of three varieties of mushrooms when fully operational.
Seems like you just can’t keep a good farm closed these days.
