Writing last month, Stalker could see no value in twittering to the mushrooming community.
Then on September 2nd Stalker spotted a large advertisement in The Belfast Telegraph offering an introductory guide for absolute beginners. A set of three online seminars for those yet to start tweeting in Northern Ireland. The three seminars of around ten minutes each were priced at £18.50 + VAT. For sure someone was seeing some money to be made out of Twittering.
Stalker is not going to reprint the web address for the seminar.
Advice is, if you want to tweet, just go to twitter.com and get started. One is tempted to add, don’t be a twat, but that would just be fatuous, à la David Cameron.
£18.50 would buy a very nice bottle of vino or a crate of beer, or whatever your poison might be.
