Eilín Connolly, the very highly regarded rep with Amycel, is moving on to pastures new. Eilín recently acquired a full time position with the Monaghan County Enterprise Board and decided to take it.
Savvy lady that she is, Eilín is also starting a Masters at Queens in the autumn – no doubt,that will keep her busy too!
Eilín started with Amycel back in 2000 after graduating at Harper Adams. Eilín has been in the industry for at least a decade and is very well known throughout every nook and cranny of the mushroom sector.
She will be missed by all her customers and friends within the industry. Everyone at Amycel wish her well in her future endeavours.
The Mushroom People also extend all best wishes to Eilín for her future work with the MCEB and all the best with the Masters.
