Stalker was pleasantly surprised to see so many Irish growers attending the Mushroom Days exhibition at Hertogenbosch Holland on the 10th, 11th & 12th June.
There was all sorts of wheeling and dealing done at many of the bustling exhibition stands.
And as for the mushroom industry, it would seem that there is life in the old dog yet!
