Stalker has recently learned that young mushroom entrepreneurs Leslie and Raymond Codd from the Wicklow / Carlow borders are nearing completion of their new "state of the art" mushroom farm.
Their latest farming operation consists of 18 new Dutch style panel growing rooms, which is sure to set new standards for the mushroom industry in Ireland.
No doubt the workload from growing the fresh produce will now hopefully begin to get a lot easier for Leslie and Raymond.
Stalker wishes them all the very best for the future and through the tough economic conditions that the world has now entered.
