A number of Irish growers are travelling in April to see the Amycel facilities in the USA. Amycel, through its sister company Monterey Mushrooms, is the largest producer of fresh mushrooms in the world. The growers will visit Watsonville, the largest mushroom farm in the world, as well as visiting one of Amycel's spawn plants. Of course they will have time to take in the unique sights, sounds and ambience of San Francisco while they are in California. Stalker can already sense the rising anticipation out there among the lucky growers who will be heading off.
