The new operation at Monaghan Mushrooms Kildare outpost, Carbury, is in full swing now according to industry sources.
This month has seen the first extra output getting underway at the Carbury yard.
An extra 300 tonne of compost is currently being shifted to growers. That translates to approximately an extra third of capacity - it sure is a big leap in production.
All those involved in making the yard even more productive must be very chuffed indeed.
