There was a CMP meeting in The Kilmore Hotel not far outside Cavan town, in the County Cavan, during the middle of August.
CMP members were in attendance to hear about such matters as the proposed waste management arrangement with Bord Na Mona, as well as how oil prices and the financial climate are affecting things.
Stalker hopes to have more on the whole waste compost/ waste management/ Bord Na Mona/ CMP link-up in the near future.
Things seem to be happening again in the mushroom sector coming into the autumn - just as the natural mushroom world begins to re-appear, so too does the commercial mushroom world.
