Stalker noted some sub-prime mushrooms in last months edition, large breakfast flats that had been bought in Tesco.
Basically they were lacking in flavour. Happily though, Stalker can attest to some fabulous mushrooms, courtesy of K.Hughes Ltd.
The Mushroom People photographer brought back some samples of the produce after the ministerial visit there last month. When cooked, said mushrooms were the tastiest Stalker had consumed in many years.
It's nice to know that prime mushrooms can be still had.
Many thanks to the company and the employee who proffered the produce - apparently he used to go by the name Fozo.
