Cavan folk are well known throughout the world, there must be some nomadic blood flowing through their veins. Travelling abroad in September, for a sunny sojourn, will be one of the highlights of the year for a Cavan couple - the bould Hughie Morris and his hard-working wife Gertie. They run a large mushroom unit at Cootehill, however they manage to squeeze in a sunshine holiday every year and this year they're heading to the Algarve. The crack is sure to be mighty, as former growers Gerry and live wire Marie O'Brien will be accompanying the couple on this year's trip. The natives will need to watch out, for Marie will flog them large amounts of life insurance if they're not careful.
