One of the most familiar faces in the mushroom industry has decided to retire; Pat Knipe started to deliver spawn in the late nineteen sixties and has since clocked up over a million miles ensuring all customers received their Sylvan orders on time.
In mid December Pat underwent a serious operation from which he is now making a full recovery. All his friends in the industry wish him a long and healthy retirement.
