PEAT CLOSURE

Stalker was saddened to hear that Prunty Peat is no longer operating within the mushroom sector.

Friday the 21st of September was the final day of  operation in the casing end at the company based near Fivemiletown in Co.Tyrone.

  It is a sign of the times in the industry that such a stalwart of the casing production end of the sector is leaving the fray.

  No doubt the very dynamic Prunty people have already plans on what to do next and on where to focus their peaty expertise.
