Spare a thought for Farmer Dennis Nutting who owns the Melkirt Limited Mushroom Farm in Tibberton Gloucestershire.
The farm was hit by a tornado as was reported last month.
Photographs attest to the ferocity of the twister that hit the mushroom farm, throwing a half-tonne mushroom stalk skip a few hundred yards in the process.
"It all happened while I was out in town and I came back to find the devastation it had caused."
One week later Dennis's farm was hit by the terrible floods that innundated Gloucestershire.
The flood waters only just stopped short of the lower shelving.
Amycel technical rep Carl Bozicek, who visits the farm, reckoned that Dennis should put up some netting over the doors and windows, for the next onslaught, in case the biblical pattern is repeated - locusts or frogs could be the next of it!
