"I am an agricultural engineer interested in mushroom culturing and growing, I have read many articles and books on the subject and so developed a broad idea on mushroom culture. I am willing to construct a large business in my country Lebanon that deals in all what is concerned and related to mushroom business, i.e. construction of mushroom farms; supply of spawn, substrate, machinery, herbicides, consultancy and so on. Know I am in charge of supervising a mushroom house in Lebanon, and I am facing a problem in controlling sciarid flies, I used diclorvos at a rate of 500gm/1000m2 and took no result. We have available the following pesticides: deflubenzuron 25% w/w; cypermethrin 25% w/v, please if you can submit me with any information concerning the rate of use of any of the mentioned pesticides that may help in solving this problem please help me.
