Stalker has recently learned that Chiquita Mushrooms, one of the largest mushroom production units in the southern hemisphere, have just completed an expansion programme on their mushroom farm in Melbourne.
The new growing tunnels, air-handling, Reldair humidification and Fancom computer controls were all supplied from Ireland.
Now there's a long distance solution!
It sure does speak volumes for the Irish expertise in such matters.
