Stalker has heard that some growers in the North are getting new boilers fitted.
The boilers are the latest generation of the bio-mass wood chip variety.
There's funding to be had via the EU to have the units installed and some growers involved with the Co-op are making sure that they have the latest and greenest technology fitted on their farms.
Boiler technology is apparently coming on in leaps and bounds.
It would be interesting to see one of these new breeds in action.
