Tommy and Teresa Dillon down in Monasterboice are involved in a fundraising in aid of children in Chinese orphanages with cleft palates. The operation to correct this condition costs upwards of Euro300 per operation.
As there is no free medical health care in China the orphans with this condition rely on the charity of others to provide medical help.
