Grower Seamus Cassidy from Ballygawley went up to Dublin for the big Tyrone v Kerry match.
He thankfully managed to secure tickets for himself and the rest of the family and they all got to go see the classic encounter.
But there was a wee bit of a story behind his ticket acquisition.
He only managed to secure the two Hogan Stand match tickets the day before the big game. This was due to the fact that he had to go source a monkey in order to procure the “gold dust” tickets.
In the end, sure it was all worth it – a fabulous day at GAA HQ, a match that even neutrals declared a classic encounter, and coming home with the silverware secured for Tyrone; what more could a fan hope for.
