Congratulations to Amycel's Eilín Connolly on the birth of her second son. Baby Caolan was very propitiously born on Thursday May 12th, happily missing out on what paraskavedekatriaphobes dread, namely Friday 13th.
Caolan weighed in at a very healthy 7lb 14ozs, and both mother and baby are reported to be happy and healthy.
Best wishes are extended to Eilín from all her colleagues in Amycel and her friends within the mushroom industry throughout Ireland and beyond.
