Brendan's longevity is testament to the hard work he puts in to his business and to a keen instinct on when to expand the business to meet economies needed to survive.
Brendan has a 10-house unit of his own, and he has rented more houses in the Benburb and Moy areas in Tyrone.
All his houses are doing very well growing browns.
