There's talk doing the rounds that Greenhill Compost in Cavan might be moving into the big league of Phase 3.
The construction of a Phase 3 composting plant would be unsurprising except for the market conditions that obtain just now in Ireland.
With the state of the industry presently, the costing of this type of operation is surely something that would have to be looked at hard, before any major investment decision is made.
