Leafing through The Oprah Magazine this month, Stalker was heartened to see a major feature on mushrooms in the body wise health section. Under the heading The Next Big Thing? was a report on Maitake Mushrooms.
We hope to carry the piece in next month's issue, but you can bet your bottom dollar that with the glowing imprimatur of Oprah on the maitake mushroom, sales of the far eastern fungi and related health supplements are sure to rocket sky high.
