There is a new face and an "old" face back on the AMYCEL spawn team. The new face belongs to Kieran Smyth, a fella that is known within mushrooming circles and is regarded very highly, as being both very enthusiastic and full of ideas. The industry needs people like that.
The "not so much of the old face" is none other than Eilín Connolly, back in the harness at AMYCEL – we all know that Eilín knows her stuff and is well versed in all the pros and cons, and the ups and downs experienced in the spawn end of the industry.
