Some major figures from the Spanish mushroom world were in Ireland recently. Jose Carlos Anguix Ibanez from Champinter and Pedro Garcia of Amycel (Spain) are the personages in question.
The duo spent most of their time at the Tandragee phase 3 set-up, CMC, along with Dutch expert John de Gier. They also managed to spend some quality time with the Irish Amycel personnel.
It was reported to Stalker,/i>'s sources that they found the Irish industry very interesting. Of course they also sampled Irish hospitality (and some of the Dutch variety too), and reports indicate that an extremely enjoyable visit was the considered outcome.
We might well be seeing Jose and Pedro back in Ireland again.
