There was a large gathering of Sylvan technical personnel from all over the globe in Dublin in late October. Although no doubt there was work to be done, the company managed to have a break from the grind, with a venture out to the races for the participating staff. Shelbourne races was the venue. The bookies have informed Stalker that, unfortunately, none of the Sylvan crowd managed to make their fortune at the track , although the crack was good. Everyone attending the weekend stayed at the very plush Radisson hotel in Dublin.
