The North American Mushroom Conference really kicks off in style this evening (Tuesday 27th Feb)with the Opening Reception.
The lecture programme will feature diverse talks on a whole range of industry issues by the likes of Gavin McIntyre, co-founder of Ecovative, Cathay Burns, CEO of the International Fresh Produce Association, Michael Kertesz from the University of Sydney, Ed Herr, CEO of Herr Foods, amongst others.
There will also be talks given by Teagasc's Helen Grogan, also talks by Jim Angelucci and David Law and more.
The tagline on the logo is 'Betting On A Winning Future' - no doubt the conference in the desert will be Fabulous.
