The new version 2.0 Gamechanger Robotic Mushroom Machine with fully integrated Machine Lift and Personnel Lift are now shipping. Redesigning the personnel lift and some supply issues have been the cause of delays.
New pickers who have never picked before have achieved picking results of between 24 – 35 kilos per hour after 5 hours, using the Mushroom Machine. Picking speeds continue to increase dramatically with regular use.
Numerous improvements in many aspects have been made:
a) De-nesters – 4 sizes now available with easier size adjustment
b) Software – Improved reliability and elimination of intermittent problems
c) Electronics – Some improvements in electronic circuits
d) Cups – Now 3 designs of cups are available to accommodate basically all mushroom sizes
e) Integrated Personnel Lift – Improved operator comfort, more space for trays, increased safety, much lighter and can now be moved by one person
f) Machine Lift – improved cable management and control
