Feast: East Cork Food & Drink Festival - a celebration of the area's produce and cooking, which kicks off in Midleton on September 2nd.
Lots of highlights including Ballymaloe, Bertha’s revenge Gin distillery, Sage long table dinner. One highlight on Saturday September 8th - an autumnal forage through the woodlands ofd East Cork led by Mark Cribbin of Ballyhoura Mushrooms.
It starts at Sage restaurant at 9.30 a.m.
Participants will learn how to identify and forage for mushrooms and other plants. €10 per person, tickets from Sage, on transport require.
