Walsh Mushrooms Group is an integrated mushroom producer, manufacturing mushroom compost in Ireland, and growing and marketing mushrooms throughout the UK. We employ 250 people across Ireland and the UK, and currently sell over 500 tons of mushrooms per week through our Evesham facility. Market demand is driving the need to substantially expand our UK growing operations and, consequently, we now require additional management to help lead and execute on that expansion.
Director of Operations UK farms
A senior position, reporting to the Managing Director.
The candidate will take control of and, ultimately, be responsible for the management of all growing facilities, delivering on demanding KPI requirements.
The candidate will be expected to ensure the facilities are run to the highest international standards and to motivate, develop, and inspire their teams, across multiple sites.
General Manager Suffolk farm
Responsible for the day to day operation of a 75 tonnes mushroom farm.
The ability to manage people, product and the facility to the correct standards is essential.
Grower Suffolk Farm
Management responsibility of all growing activities on a 75 tonnes mushroom farm.
