Consumers, media, retailers and chefs can quickly access mushroom nutrition information, recipes and the latest on council activities. Retailers can tell their customers to visit the site, at www.mushroominfo.com, and encourage them to sign up for updates from the Mushroom Channel to receive the latest information on the industry, trends and research via the council’s retail or foodservice newsletters.
