Premier Tech, the parent company of Chronos Richardson, acquires the packaging specialist Bag Treatment Holland B.V. (BTH) from Eersel, in the Netherlands.
On 17 September 2009, Premier Tech announced the acquisition of BTH, an innovative market leader in the packaging industry located in the Netherlands. BTH will be merged with Chronos Richardson and create a team of specialists and experts with profound industry know-how.
The combination of Chronos Richardson and BTH will, from October 1st, operate under the name Chronos BTH both in Europe as well as in Asia. The strong and uniform Chronos BTH image shall underline its innovative and dynamic orientation and significantly contribute to its increased presence on the market.
The product portfolio will be one of the most exhaustive in the industry with innovative systems in the areas of bag packaging and palletising solutions as well as load security. The new entity will continue to operate from sites in Germany, Italy, England, France, Thailand, and now the Netherlands.
The new company, Chronos BTH, will offer some of the most advanced and innovative equipment and systems available in Europe and Asia:
State of the art weighing and control systems;
An extended core range of bagging systems with customised packaging solutions for open-mouth bags, valve bags, FFS technology, bulk containers as well as mobile bagging equipment;
