VANCOUVER -- Six weeks after Han Pham died in a white shed at the Langley mushroom farm where he worked, his widow still cannot explain what would have induced him to enter the small pump house. Mr. Pham had told his wife, Trieu Thi Nga, the shed was dangerous. "He said if his boss asked him to go in there, he would quit," Ms. Nga said through a translator. "So why did he end up dying there?" October 17, 2008
